If your pooch is severly matted or is found to have fleas then additional fees will apply.  Severely matted dogs may need to be clipped very short and before we attempt to demat a dog we will discuss your options with you, dematting can take hours and can cause unnecessary stress and pain to your dog, therefore in certain cases it may be advised to clip the coat short, this will of course grow back.

I use clippers that are extremly quite specifically for dogs so as not to alarm them and our turbo dryer is specifically for dogs so as not to get to hot to burn the skin. Our shampoos, conditioners and other grooming products are all made from pure essential oils, natural herbal products and other natural ingredients, which help to soften the fur and prevent breakage
